Oysters
-Previous study from "Jornal of Laboratory Clinical Medicine" that deficiency in men decrease sperm count in four out of five study members. Since Oysters are rich in zinc, they are proven to increase sperm counts. It is known also as an aphrodisiacs, it contain also potent amino acids that help produce more testosterone in us guys.

Dark Chocolates
-Who doesn't love chocolates? It contains L-Arginine HCL, a powerful amino acid that has been proven to size up semen volume and sperms. It could also give you an increase in your sexual pleasure by giving you intense orgasm. But just make sure not to eat too much of it "Dark Chocolates". XD


Bananas
